ゴールデンウィークあけの教室、クラスの半分くらいの人がぐったりとしており休日と平日の頭の切り替えができていないようだった。

「あぁ…………」

そして優騎の前にも１人、ぐったりとした人間がいた。

「いつもより早い時間にふらふらと教室に入って来て自分の席に座ったかと思ったら」

「――これなのか……」

その人物は数日前よりも明るい髪の色に変わっていた涼平で、彼よりも先に学園に来ていたらしい友哉が苦笑しながらこうなるまでの彼の行動を先ほど来た優騎に教えた。

優騎は深いため息を１つ吐き、何事も無かったかの様に自分の席に戻っていく。
友哉も授業のチャイムがなり始めたので同じように自分の席に戻った。



「この問題、次の授業まで宿題な」

数学の先生の一言にクラスの大半がガックリとうなだれ、本日の全ての授業が終了した。

「ユウ君、さっきの問題の答え見せて〜」

「……自分である程度考えたらな」

ノートをバックに入れながら優騎は風華をあしらう。

「あれ？ユウ君、真っ直ぐ帰るの？」

「いや、スーパーに寄る」

今日は行き付けのスーパーで卵と鶏肉が安かったはずだから今日の夕食は親子丼かなと優騎は考えながら、一通り必要なものを詰めたバックを片手に優騎は立ち上がる。

「なら私も行く」

すると、風華はそう言って自分の席に置いていたバックを持ってきた。

「……珍しいな」

「自分でも珍しいと思ってるよ……」


その日の放課後、風華を連れてスーパーに来た優騎はお一人様１パックまでの卵を珍しく２つ買えた。
