春、それは新入生や新社会人など色々な人達が希望を持つ季節。

しかし、始業式を明日に控えたとある学園の学生寮には希望はなかった。

「1日で5教科全てとか無理だな」

真っ黒なマグカップに真っ黒なコーヒーを入れまるで他人事のように目の前のテーブルに広がる宿題の山を見つめるアホは1号室の秋里蓮。
この状況をみて解るように馬鹿。
その馬鹿を文字通り馬鹿をみる目で見ながら少し遅い朝食をとっているのが 2号室の住人の日向絋斗。

「無理だって思うならコツコツやっておけばよかったろ」

ため息混じりにティーパックの紅茶を淹れた空色のマグカップを持って蓮の対面に座ったのが3号室の天使優騎だ。

「そう言ったって、宿題で時間潰すくらいなら遊ぶじゃん？」

絋斗はそう言ってバターとブルーベリージャムをマーブル状に塗ったトーストをかじりついき、紺色のマグカップに入った牛乳を飲む。

絋斗に正論を言われた蓮はぐうの音もでないらしく、静かに宿題をし始めた。
勿論、答えを見ながらだが……。
