あ、ごめん、どうやら根本的に考えてる物が違うわ。
名無しさんの言ってる二次って同人のことだよね？
偽物ってのは中国とかが印刷したやつ、
正規とか同人のイラストをそのままコピーしたヤツはほぼ確実に違法なんだけど、そうじゃない向こうの人が描いた？とりあえず絵柄の著作権は日本にないけど、明らかに日本のアニメとかの抱き枕カバーとかがあって、それをどう思うかってことだよ。
