結局、大多数の方が認証のかかったファイルを見れないので、初期状態は「認証なし」としています。

あと、ユーザー認証のプログラムを一部調整してみました。他に問題点が見当たらないので、何が原因なのかまだ不明です。
ちなみに、ユーザーIDは末尾が数字の14文字になっています。
