不具合について2つ質問させてもらってもよろしいでしょうか。

・掲示板に書き込みをしようとすると｢サーバーの調整中｣となるのですが、自分だけ、もしくは今だけでしょうか？
・ファイルをダウンロードしようとしてもページが更新されるだけでDLができません(>_<)
お時間があれば返答をお願いしますm(__)m
