違法ＤＬの刑事罰が６月法案化

６月までの今国会で成立するのか。音楽業界は、祈る思いで見守っている。
年間の違法ＤＬは、有料の正規ＤＬ数４・４億の約１０倍の４３・６億にまで膨れ上がっていた。
