違法ＤＬの刑事罰が６月法案化

・音楽の違法ダウンロード（ＤＬ）現象が拡大化している問題について、芸能事務所などが加盟する業界団体、日本音楽事業者協会の尾木徹会長は２５日、「法律ができることで違法ＤＬの抑止力になることを期待します」との見解を示した。１０年１月に施行された改正著作権法により、違法ＤＬは「複製権侵害」の罪に問われることになったが、同法は民事責任のみで、刑事責任の規定がない。公明党の松あきら議員が９日、参院決算委員会で政府に法改正を提案していた。

６月までの今国会で成立するのか。音楽業界は、祈る思いで見守っている。
年間の違法ＤＬは、有料の正規ＤＬ数４・４億の約１０倍の４３・６億にまで膨れ上がっていた。
