今日は久しぶりにバイトが昼まででした〜(*´ω｀*)

体重&体型は女性だと気になりますよね～
因みに私はネットに書いてあったダイエット方を試して目標だった2kg処か7kgも体重が落ちて死にそうになった覚えがあります…。

なので、あまり無理なさらぬ様、程々にしておいた方が良いと思います…過激な運動等は控えて、頑張ってくださいねっ！(*´∀｀)
