簡単にできる離乳食の野菜スープの作り方です☆

１　野菜を適当な大きさに切る
今回はニンジン、大根、キャベツ、たまねぎ、ピーマンを使用

２　水、切った野菜を入れ火にかける

３　やわらかくなったら野菜とスープに分ける

４　初期・・・野菜を仕分けしてそれぞれすりつぶす
　　中期・・・まとめてみじん切りにする
　　後期・・・荒みじん切りにする

５　それぞれを小分けにして冷凍する

☆野菜はアクの少ない野菜を選んでください
☆スープは製氷皿などに冷凍すると便利ですよ！
