削除依頼の際には、削除してほしい「ファイルID」と「削除理由」を必ず明記してください。

通常「権利者＞投稿者＞削除依頼者(第三者)」という優先順位で判断しています。恣意的・作為的な削除依頼もありますので、優先順位を元に判断しています。

原則的に、投稿者か、権利者からのご依頼でないと、管理側からの強制的な削除はいたしません。
そのため、削除依頼が必ずしも通るとは限りません。

投稿者以外の方の場合、権利があることの何らかの証明をお願いいたします。
例えばアクセス元IPアドレスのDNS逆引き確認や、元サイトと転載禁止等の表記が確認できるURL、確認用メールアドレスなどがあれば容易に判断可能です。

ただし、以下の場合は投稿者の許可なしに削除します。
・著作権法に違反し、著作権利者が得られるべき利益を損ねると認められる場合
・一般的に見て著しく不快なもの
・詐欺的なもの
・広告のみで内容が無いもの
・その他日本および各国の法律に違反したもの

なお、掲示板の書き込みについては、原則として削除しません。

・広告のみで内容が無いもの
・他者の個人情報をさらしたもの
・投稿者の創作作品をけなすだけの非建設的なもの
・その他公序良俗に反するもの
については削除します。

この掲示板には「削除依頼」のみお寄せください。議論や要望など、それ以外の書き込みは削除いたします。
