作り方ですかぁ、簡単に書くと、

音源をニコニコ動画からwave形式で保存

SoundEngine Freeというフリーソフトで着うたにしたい所をカットして、最初にフェードイン、最後にフェードアウトを施して保存

最後に着もとというフリーソフトで着うた用に変換して完成！

確かこんな感じだったと思います(･ω･`A)
１年以上やってなかったので間違えてるかも(笑)
