だいぶブレてますが、先日拾ってきた胡桃です。


これを万力やら金槌やらで叩き割り、中身を取り出して磨り潰し、マーガリンと砂糖と蜂蜜を入れて混ぜると「胡桃バター」の出来上がり。

焼きたてのトーストに乗せて召し上がり下さい。

なかなか美味しいです。



にしても、夜中に作るものではないと思われ。
