皆さんは苦しくて悲しくて不安で死にたくなった時、
どのように乗りきりますか？
自分は何と戦えばいいのでしょう。
しまいには彼女が泣いてるのに何も出来なかった自分が悔しい。
生きてる意味あるのかさえ問題。
卒業三日前にして退学した俺の気持ちが誰にわかるでしょう。
自分のことで彼女が泣いてるのに何もしてやれない自分が恥ずかしい。情けない。
何でこんなことになったのでしょう。
何と声かけたらよいのでしょう。

時間が戻ればいいのにと思ったことはこれほどありませんでした。

私も、何度か悲しくて不安で死にたくなったことあります。そんな時は何もせず、ただじっと耐えるようにしています
何と戦うべきなのかわからないときは、他の人に相談する等して見つけ出すみたいなことをしています。

そうやって悔しいと思えるのなら、彼女さんを心の底から愛している証拠です。何があったかはわかりませんが、『生きている意味があるのかさえ問題』なんて言ってはダメです。

ななしさんの気持ちは確かにわかりません。ですが、ななしさん自身ならわかるはずです。なので、自分自身の思うままに動いてみてはいかがでしょう。少しだけアドバイスさせていただくと、『何と声をかけていいかわからない』のなら何も言わずに側にいてあげてみてはどうでしょうか
