・ファイル・まとめリストのIDアクセス制限
上記を実装しました。ただ、ちょっと挙動が怪しいかも……

以下はこの間ひっそり実装しました。
・ランキング集計を1時間ごとに
・ランキング最大順位を記録する(総合・ジャンル別)

以下はまだ未実装。
・ファイル検索に全文検索インデックスを導入。高速化
・まとめリストにもファイルを掲載できるようにする
・まとめリストのソート順を選べるようにする
