メール投稿周りは、確かに最近不安定ですね。
一通一通処理していますし、完了メールも飛んでいるようなので、「まるちぷ」のサーバー上の処理は大丈夫そうなのですが……

最近連投される方がいて、しかも完了メールが拒否されてエラーで戻ってきているようでして、そのあたりで、とくにdocomoのメール遅配の原因になっているかもしれません。

あと、容量の大きいメールはサーバー側の処理に時間がかかります。
メールでは、データを一度文字列にして送って、サーバー側で文字列をデータに再変換するので、Webフォームからの投稿より処理に負荷がかかるかもしれません。
