規制を、とおっしゃるご意見もいくつかいただいていますが、
違法なファイルだけ規制するというのは、技術的に不可能です。
かと言って、全く投稿できないようにするのは本末転倒ですし、表現の自由を規制することにも繋がりかねません。

そのため、削除という対応で乗り切っているのが現状です。

「ほとんど」とは、具体的にどのぐらいの割合でしょうか？
違法であると確認できるものは削除していますので、明示的に違法だと確認できないものが残っているはずです。
