ふと、動画のサムネイルを、指定した秒数から作成できるようにしようと思って試してみました。

しかし、ffmpegのPHPモジュールではフレーム数でしかスナップが取れないので、「フレームレートｘ秒数」でフレーム数を取得してみようとしました。
そうすると何故かフレームレートがまともに取れず、とんでもない数値になったりしてしまいました。
ライブラリの不具合なんでしょうかね……

仕方なく、サムネイルの作成にはフレーム数を指定するようにしたのですが、これだとやりにくいですよね……
通常は秒数ｘ15かｘ30すればフレーム数が出ますので、それで何とかお願いします(^^;
