アップロード者によるコメントの削除機能ですが、削除することでむしろ場が荒れてしまうような気がするので、今のところ見合わせています。

なので、大変申し訳ないのですが、すぐの実装はしない予定です。
ただ、課題としては検討していますので、必要性が高まったら実装するかもしれません。
