03:30に自然に起き、ラジオを［魔法のラジオ］まで聞いてから、猫３匹にエサ出し。

カレーパン２枚とカレーうどんで朝食。
「ゲゲゲの鬼太郎」をリアルタイムで見た。まなちゃんが境港に行く回で、搭乗機B737のウイングレット(※)までが手抜きなく作画されていた。
ただ、いくら父親の実家に泊まるとしても、仮にも中学生女子の旅行だぜ。持たせる荷物が少なすぎたようだな、スタッフさんよ。

09:00、買い物ドライブへ出発した。いつもより早い。

菓子パンとロールパンを食べ、レバーと納豆で補強した。
11:10のラジオのコントコーナーまで聞いて、献血に電車で出発。

本日23人目のドナーとなり、14:00まで献血ルームにいた。
ただ──針の刺さり方が不良だったせいで、出血がスムーズにいかず、機械がピーピー警告を繰り返し出すので、おちおちアタック２５も見ていられない。

結局、70ミリリットルほど血液が無駄になった。

献血後、16:00までアパートで、クーラーをつけて休憩した。

徒歩で県立美術館に行ったが、結局ロビーコンサートの日程はわからずじまい。下半期のスケジュールは8月20日にリリースだという。

さらに徒歩で中央郵便局に移動し、アパートの郵便受けからピックアップした不在配達通知を窓口に提出し、クレジットカードを受領した。

そのまま電車で帰宅したのだが、途中下車してゴミ捨て場整理ボランティアをやったので、
家に着いたのは17:15。

猫は黒しか待ってなかったが、すぐに茶も来た。

笑点を見ながら、菓子パンとロールパンで夕食。
やっぱりパンばっかり食べてるな、と思いながら、ヨーグルトとソーセージも食べた。

20:00には、炊飯とカレー調理が終了。
