とりあえず本番化。
・アップロード部分のプログラム書き直し

これでようやく、他への応用ができるようになりましたので、
・まとめリストにもファイルを掲載できるようにする
・ファイル検索に全文検索インデックスを導入。高速化
・裏方バッチ処理のプログラム書き直し
・ファイル・まとめリストのIDアクセス制限(ポリシー上悩んでます)
あたりにも手を付けられそうです。

あと開発予定追加。
・不正アクセス対策
・リンクリダイレクト
