久しぶりにサーモン入りのカルボナーラを
作ってみました。

サーモンと玉ねぎを切り下ごしらえをして
卵を溶いておきます。
パスタを六分「本当は七分ですが一分前にゆであげるとアルデンテになりやすいです。

パスタを湯切りしてる間に
バターにニンニクを入れ香りがたったらサーモンと玉ねぎを入れ素早く炒めます「味付けは塩と胡椒」。
炒めたらソコに牛乳を入れます牛乳が煮たったらソコにシチューのルーを入れて少し固くなるまで待ちます。固くなりかけたらソコに茹でたパスタを入れてます。
上手くパスタと絡まったら火を消して 溶いておいた卵を入れますそれを又は絡ませて最後にブラックペッパーをかけて出来上がりです。
