お客様がご使用の携帯電話端末より、以前にお客様がご登録されました『有料情報サイト』『特典付メルマガ』『懸賞付きサイト』等において、現在無料期間内の退会処理が完了されていない為、ご登録料金及びご利用料金が発生しており、現状で料金が未払い状態のまま、長期間の放置が続いております。

当社はサイト運営会社様より御依頼を受けまして、料金滞納者の身辺調査、和解手続きの代行などを主に行っている調査会社となっております。

本通知メール到達より翌営業日までにご連絡をいただけない場合には、運営会社の利用規約および法律に基づき、個人調査の開始、法的書類を準備作成の上、即刻法的手続きの開始、以上の手続きに入らせていただきますので予めご了承ください。

今後は、メールアドレスから身元情報開示の上、高額な損害賠償などを求める民事裁判になります。接続履歴を証拠として裁判所に提出する為、いかなる理由であっても支払い命令が下されてしまいます。
ですが、ほとんどの場合、現段階での和解措置が可能であると思われましたので以上の手続きに入る前にご一報差し上げた次第です。
