コツとしてはただ一つ、「自分は、夢の中にいて、これは夢なのだから何でも出来る」と思い、実際にそうしてみれば良いのです。
要は、自分が夢の中にいる事をはっきり自覚し、思うがままに振る舞うのです。
これを修得すれば、夢の中で魔法使いの様に自由にその内容を変えたり、自分の望む方向へ夢の流れを向けたり出来るようになります。

　使用方法
ＣＤなどに焼いて永久リピート再生にして寝るときにイヤホンかヘッドホンを使用して両耳から聴く（必ず両耳から聴くようにしないと効果なし）
通常、夢を制御できるようになるには数ヶ月の集中的な練習が必要ですが、この音を聴くことではるかに簡単になります！
