１．この図形をダウンロードし一枚の紙に印刷。

２．↓の図形をダウンロードし一枚の紙に印刷。

３．自分が寝るふとんやベッドの下の自分が寝るときにちょうど自分の胸の下にあたる位置に２の図形を敷きその上に重ねて１の図形を敷きその上に布団を敷いて普通に眠る。

４．自分が寝ているときに敷いた図形から一般的な姿のフェニックスが出て来て自分と同化するさまをイメージする。

５．１か月ほど続けると自分に不死鳥フェニックスの力が身に付きパワーアップする。どんな願いもかなう
