このサイトの説明。
『始めにやる事』
歌詞が必要ならPCサイトビューワー→検索のGoo歌詞検索で探してDL、保存の必要なし。
ジャケ画が必要なら個人ツール→画像変換加工→Google画像検索で探す→画像加工で始めの方の登録を押す。

『主な設定』
検索→DL→エンコード設定

内蔵AACｵﾌﾟｼｮﾝ=高ﾋﾞｯﾄﾚｰﾃﾄ用AAC
AACｵﾌﾟｼｮﾝ=HE-AACv2CBR
ﾊｲﾊﾟｽﾌｨﾙﾀｰ=200Hz
ﾛｰﾊﾟｽﾌｨﾙﾀｰ=13khz
音量ｱｯﾌﾟﾀﾞｳﾝ=任意

その他いじる必要なし。
設定保存しておけば次から設定を省ける。

設定完了→エンコード開始→着うたフル作成完了。

ジャケ画、歌詞がいる場合着うたフルツールでジャケ画、歌詞画設定→設定完了→作成変更実行(5)→戻る→DL→終了。

上の方にも書いてあるとおり着うたフル作成完了したら下の方に『着うたフルツール』とあります。そこで設定する事ができます。

設定の時に『最近使った』？だったと思います。そんなかんじで表示されているのを押せば歌詞が自動で設定されます。
追記でDLした歌詞の一番新しい歌詞が設定されます、なのでフルを作成する前に歌詞をDLしておいて下さい

ジャケットと歌詞画はどうでしたか？ジャケットの方はうまくやればこのサイトにupされているフルのジャケ画と同じぐらい高画質に出来るんですが...
